Mr. Sims served as Prosecuting Attorney of Newton County, Missouri from 1969 through 1974 and has practiced law in Neosho, Missouri since being admitted to the Bar in 1969. He served on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Bar from 1995 to 1999. Since 1999 he has served on the Client Security Fund Committee of the Missouri Bar. Mr. Sims serves as secretary and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bar Plan Surety Company. He is a former Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Missouri Estate Planning Council. Mr. Sims is licensed in both Missouri and Federal Courts and is a member of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Missouri Bar.
